Popover Pans – Best Deals!

There are so many different ways on youtube do this but I like yours simple and clean I don’t have the trays but do normal muffin tins work??

And I’d like to know if it’s possible to add fruit? to the mix before it’s cooked if it’s shredded?

@LockandKey You can try adding fruit but the problem is the excess weight and liquid. This can prevent the popover from rising properly.
Cheese and fresh chopped herbs don’t seem to interfere with rising.
Give the fruit a? try and see what happens. Cooking is all about experimentation!
